 note = {ソフトウェア開発プロセス改善策の1つとして，定量的に測定されたデータを利用したプロセスの定量的管理が注目されている．しかし，開発プロセスにおける定量的管理の実施は困難である．この原因の1つとして，定量的管理計画の立案作業が複雑であるからと考えられる．本研究では，定量的管理を取り入れたソフトウェア開発プロセスのためのオーサリング・テーラリングフレームワークを提案する．本フレームワークは，定量的管理計画の立案に必要な組織レベル及びプロジェクトレベルの作業手順を系統的に整理したものである．また，提案フレームワークを基にして定量的管理計画の立案を支援するシステムを開発し評価した．その結果，開発したシステムが定量的管理計画の立案作業を適切に支援していることを確認した．, Quantitative management is a key technology to software process management and improvement. Quantitative management requires organizations to author and tailor a standard development process and indicator set. However the method of  authoring and tailoring is not well defined. In this paper, we propose a framework for authoring and tailoring software development processes with quantitative management. The framework systematically organizes organization/ project-level procedures for planning quantitative management. In addition, we developed a system based on the framework and evaluated it. As a result, we confirmed that the system assists in planning quantitative management appropriately.},
